Greeting members and nurturing relationships with them Performing transactions such as deposits and withdrawals, cash advances, transfers, issuing cashier's checks, etc.
Responding to member inquiries and performing relevant research Offering OURCU products and services when it may be beneficial to the member and their specific needs Maintaining confidentiality regarding member accounts Assisting the Lead MSR and MSR Supervisor with related duties as requested You might be a great fit if you have:
Customer service experience Cash handling experience Strong communication skills Bilingual skills, fluent in both English and Spanish, is a plus! OURCU offers the following

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
